Ryan did a very awesome Job at my house the morning of Jan 26,2025 when my batteries died in my thermostat he replaced them with new batteries so it was a quick fast fix,Ryan deserves a raise I had to have heat in my house. Love always lisa roshak from Marquette.

I came home from a holiday weekend to find my house a balmy 45°F on a Sunday. I called B&G at 8AM Monday and they had a technician to my house by noon. I suspected it was a bad ignitor, and sure enough, it was. The technician, Joe, showed me the part and exactly where it failed and he pulled a new one from his truck stock and had my heat up and running by 12:30PM. A busy company but well worth the wait. They installed a sump pump unit for me because of frequent Springtime basement flooding. It was a little complicated due to the high ground water level in this location. Hard workers, very knowledgeable and also so nice to work with. They will definitely be the company I call for all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you, B&G!
