Horrible experience. We are renters, and we recently discovered that we had no hot water, so our landlord scheduled B&G to come out and diagnose the problem. They replaced the entire water heater. Only afterward did they discover that the actual issue was that the gas was not connected. What makes this especially frustrating is that Semco accidentally cut off our gas early, even though they were supposed to disconnect it at the end of the month. First class. I called 4 places for work in the basement. B&G were the only ones to call back. They were at my house in under a week and did the work quick, clean and to expectation. There was no need to clean up after. I was surprised when I got the invoice at how fair the amount was. I expected to owe way more . Great communication. Arrived early. Work space was left clean.
