We got hit with massive water damage and lost everything downstairs. B&G showed up got everything checked and replaced within 24 hours. Sent the 2 most amazing technicians. They explained everything perfectly. Even gave me some tips for extra maintenance! I can’t say enough good things about this company. A HUGE thank you to B&G
Terrible customer service today
Had a hot water tank installed after basement flooded. We were provided very quickly with a new tank and the two technicians that installed the tank were on time, courteous, polite, and got the job done quickly. The ladies in the office were also very helpful. I would like to thank everybody for their help.
