Dr. Rogers is a fantastic person. He is a great diagnostician. He has treated me for a number of GI problems. He is caring and provides close attention to his patients. He performed the first colonoscopy at the University of Chicago Hospitals. In spite of his advanced years, he spends three full days a week performing procedures at the hospital. He has mentored several generations of gastroenterologists. He is known for keeping up-to-date with the most current procedures.
I have suffered with abdominal pain my entire life with no answers from Drs in NY, Miami or Daytona. Dr Rogers diagnosed my condition in 2 visits. Tells it like it is and doesnt sugar coat the answers. Thank you
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rogers. He immediately asked my if I was "from China" when he met me and then proceeded to say that I most likely had a virus passed along in China due to lack of hygiene standards. I informed him that I have lived in the US for the past 25 years and asked why didn't the virus manifest itself, and he said "That's why it's such a mystery." I had an endoscopy as he recommended along with extra bloodwork. We did not find any virus, and my biopsies were normal.
Too old.
