My office's ice machine broke and only two companies in my area were licensed to fix it. I called B&G and got an answer service, I gave them my info and waited for a call back. Later that day I get a call at 6:30 from a tenant in my office building saying a technician from B&G is there to diagnose the problem. Great Company! – I was very please with the work B & G did, the workers were on time, very polite, and kept me aware of everything going on. On top of the awesome service, I wasn't charged for the preventative maintenaince done on my ac unit. I was told about a rebate that was available to me since I was a first time customer. I would definitly use B & G again, and I absolutely recommmed this company!
