Recently purchased two bikes from B&G one of which they had still in a box and they would start to build ASAP and to call back within a few days to pick up. Called back and was told two people were on a waiting list Since last fall for that bike I was to pick up and they had priority, Cindy who was assisting me was of little help and completely overwhelmed, could not remember our conversation or the particulars of my transaction, she was dismissive and treated me as if I were lucky they even picked up the phone.
