Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I have been trying to get someone to return my call regarding our awning. While quick to install our awnings, we noticed within the first year that the powder coat was peeling. We have left over a half dozen of phone calls and emails, no reply or follow up. I would find another company for your awning needs.
Finally a home improvement with no COMPLIANTS They showed up as stated., they answered every time I called. Every email that I would send, they would reply same day. The entire staff was amazing from sales, to office and installer. My husband is a perfectionist and was extremely pleased with the final product. First time to actually enjoy the experience with no headaches. All our other home improvements have been a nightmare. We're enjoying our pergola!
