We've been here in Cass County for five years and somehow I haven't left a review here. Just left after getting coils and spark plugs changed. Had a small issue that got resolved swiftly and the owner came out and handled it himself. Felt compelled to leave a positive review. Will continue to use this group of mechanics exclusively because of what they do for this community. Appreciate the help guys, sorry if I ever come across rude.
They are guardian angels!! I was stranded on the side of the road for over 2 hrs with 4 kids waiting on roadside. B&G went above and beyond when i told them my situation. Instantly jumped up and beyond means to make sure that my kids and I were safe.
Always friendly and eager to help.
The part that they replaced goes bad after less than one thousand miles and they don’t want to do anything about that.
