David and Bob did great by us. We were traveling south from MI to southern Texas and all of a sudden heard squealing coming from the engine. They saw us first thing in the morning and got us on our way. Good service and good prices.
We've been here in Cass County for five years and somehow I haven't left a review here. Just left after getting coils and spark plugs changed. Had a small issue that got resolved swiftly and the owner came out and handled it himself. Felt compelled to leave a positive review. Will continue to use this group of mechanics exclusively because of what they do for this community. Appreciate the help guys, sorry if I ever come across rude.
They are guardian angels!! I was stranded on the side of the road for over 2 hrs with 4 kids waiting on roadside. B&G went above and beyond when i told them my situation. Instantly jumped up and beyond means to make sure that my kids and I were safe.
