B & G Auto Body really took care of us! We were in a tough situation and needed a huge repair in a short time frame. They completely delivered and even went the extra mile. Throughout the process everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, especially Katelynn. She works at the front desk and she was pleasant the entire time. B&G Auto Body took care of me and my car in a very timely manner and kept me in informed on the status of my car. Overall a very pleasant and professional experience!
The repair time was 15 weeks and then I I needed to return my vehicle for additional work. Customer service was excellent and I was gifted a quality Tumblr After service and that was a pleasant surprise. Even though I am not satisfied with the time that it took to repair my vehicle and the fact that I needed to get additional work done after I am mostly satisfied
