I love this fitness club! Lysa has shown me more new exercises to get fit than any other trainer....she pushes me to explore strength I didn't know I had!
The owner is an AWESOME instructor and motivator. I get a great workout! The knowledge that she has about nutrition is helping me to get fit and stay healthy.
I am so glad this center is here in the city of Camden. I great place to workout and get in shape. Lysa the training gives an awesome class and the bootcamp it amazing. I was able to drop a few pounds for an event and I feel so much stronger. If you want a great mentor and personal trainer you need to see her.
