I love the Be Fit Nutrition Club!!! What a motivating and loving place is to get a successful Nutrition Plan. Plus, on Monday & Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm along with Saturday at 9 to 10 AM, free Fit Camps where we all exercise together!!! I have learned it is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.... With that plan, I have lost over 135 pounds and 8 dress sizes. I have 50 pounds to go and thanks to Be Fit I'm killin' the fat once and for all!!

Elite Pilates just moved into their new location inside B-Fit on Blanco road in Cadillac plaza. If you love a great workout, this is the place to go. At 63 I'm not as flexible as I used to be, so Pilates is the perfect exercise for me. Low impact but an all body workout. Perfect for me!
