I love the Be Fit Nutrition Club!!! What a motivating and loving place is to get a successful Nutrition Plan. Plus, on Monday & Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm along with Saturday at 9 to 10 AM, free Fit Camps where we all exercise together!!! I have learned it is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.... With that plan, I have lost over 135 pounds and 8 dress sizes. I have 50 pounds to go and thanks to Be Fit I'm killin' the fat once and for all!! Join us for a fun and healthy journey! Elite Pilates just moved into their new location inside B-Fit on Blanco road in Cadillac plaza. If you love a great workout, this is the place to go. At 63 I'm not as flexible as I used to be, so Pilates is the perfect exercise for me. Low impact but an all body workout. Perfect for me!
This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so uplifting and everyone is so knowledgeable and encouraging. Can't wait to see where this journey will lead.
Such positive vibes! So much support! Community and Christ centered. BFit is the whole package for me.
