The reviews are right. They NEVER answer the phone, and when I texted, the texts just came to a stop. I then stopped by, and there's no way to even get in to see the facility. I cannot understand running a business and being SO hard to get in touch with, its ridiculous. It doesn't matter the time of day, they just dont pick up; they need to hire a receptionist or something
Because it is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and even on holidays, it is my best option for training, adapting my workouts to my work schedule. The equipment is modern and well maintained. Customer service by phone/message can sometimes take a while, but just be patient and they will answer you and resolve your request. I highly recommend it for anyone who has a busy life in this country.
These people simply don’t want new customers, difficult to reach and never available, I feel bad for their actual customers.
