The gym was very clean all the employees were very friendly, and my grandmother took the silver sneakers class and loved it and is still going the lake view is amazing and I would recommend to anyone in the area

I want to give a shout out to the best trainer in all of S. GA Audrie Elliot! When I started working with her on a leg focused routine she developed I could only push 2 plates per side. Just a short time later I’m up to 4! Audrie you rock!!
The best gym hands down in the area. The owner, Eddie, is the most sincere guy you could ever meet. The atmosphere is also great for working out.
