Amazing gym, staff, owner, and dogs! Good energy all around for all age groups. Work outs are higher intensity and will help improve your strength and coordination in a fun environment. Teamwork makes the dreamwork, and this place is for everyone!
This is the best boutique gym I’ve been to hands-down. I’ve been working out here for about a year and I don’t have enough good things to say about it! The facilities are so clean and there is a wide variety of equipment which means workouts are never boring. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable working out here from the very beginning. The trainers are so knowledgeable and have pushed me in a healthy way to where I see and feel results. ♥️
Had a bad experiance at this location. Got a Groupon for Christmas for this location for 5 cryotherapy sessions. Got into my first one with confusion, no big deal. Denied entry the second time, in response that we don't take Groupon anymore. That's fine but when somebody already pays $140 for the deal you have to let them wait that out. Expired date is June 2 2024 First session May 25th 2024
B Fit is an incredible gym with great ambiance and feel. I would highly recommend the cryotherapy treatment as that really helped my achy muscles and improved my sleep. Oh….and B is an amazing trainer!!!!
