I have been working out at BFit for over 10 years. Initially started with a knee rehab from a ski injury and have moved on to strength training for bone density due to my age (over 70). I have always found Sara and her trainers supportive, responsive and friendly. Things are flexible to where I can work out with two different groups or individually in open gym. I’ve been a member for almost 3 years. My life has been changed for the better in so many ways since I first joined B-Fit. I initially joined this gym because I needed to work on my mental health, and it is now my go to treatment when I start feeling overwhelmed or stressed and burned out. I’ve been going to Bfit for quite some time now. I have participated in both private training sessions and group training sessions. Both are fabulous! The trainers are very attentive and create fabulous workouts. They have the ability to make everyone feel at home and create alternative moves for all levels of the workout. I feel so comfortable here. The gym is very friendly and provides a comfortable and private vibe. Come check it out!!!
