At the Towneplace Suites Boca Raton, my son checked out of his room last Friday, June 9, 2023 and forgot his blender and immediately reported it. He was staying next door at the Springhill after he checked out. Good customer service would be that they would walk it across the parking lot same day but there was no follow up so he stopped by again and was told to wait while someone went to a meeting.
