Just moved out .Had plants in front of my apt. Was charged by Dennis knoll. $540.00 To restore mulch bed back to sod. Went there today. There is no sod. He pulled the plants up. Did nothing else. $540.00 I cleaned that apt had 2 othet people who live there help me clean. We took pictures. It was spotless! He charged me $263.94 for cleaning. He replaced the carpet.
