John is awesome, straight to the point and will always make a tight timeline happen if they have the opportunity. They do the job right the first time around. They have been in business for three generations. When it comes to knowledge they got it.
Called the company for a consultation, the guy did come out and assess and told me I'd have a detailed quote/estimate within 48 business hours. I still have yet to receive anything. He seemed knowledgeable and was respectful as well. These days I understand it's hard to find good workers/work but at minimum I still expect the bare minimum in terms of receiving a quote. It was a waste of my time though we have to hold one another accountable. Going with Atlas Restoration instead.
They were excellent and do and they did a great job of water proofing my basement
