I will be paying this loan off very soon, The manager should not be in her position. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I will not return after payoff. and will not refer anyone to this company because of her.

I have had a loan with this company for years. Not once have ever been late! I explained to the manager that I would make my payment at a later date, her response was “oh hell no”! I have never experienced such low class customer service. Such an embarrassment to the company. I will be paying off my loan soon just to cut ties with this company. The manager to this location should be looked at a little closer, this is not the first time this elderly manager has called with the attitude she has!

I use to like this company but the manager she needs to learn how to talk to people. I don't know who she thinks she is but she got the right one today. She is not very professional at all. I thank the company for giving me a loan but she acts like it's her money
