I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My debit/credit card was charged without my authorization, and a hard inquiry was placed on my credit report without my consent. I never gave permission for either of these actions. When I called to ask for an explanation and requested to see what authorized them to do so, the manager, Mireya, was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide a clear answer. The Best place to get a loan !
If I could give no stars I would!!! Extremely disappointed and regret doing business them. Mireya is absolutely terrible very unprofessional! And even worse they tried sending money with my card to Mexico!!! I had to go to the bank so they could figure it all out for me! When I called to get answers Mireya immediately started shouting, yelling she was so angry out of nowhere! Nobody was even blaming her but I guess she took it personally for a reason. I always make my payment sometimes its a few days late because life happens but I have never been spoken to the way I have when I call to tell the i got hurt and my check wasn't what it should of been and they still go ahead a run my payment and now I'm Negative in my account cant even get a bag of chip or some gas to get to work the skinny old lady with the annoying voice needs to lean how to be professional and sympathetic to people I will pay on my payment but once I pay it out i would never go back and I'm gonna stop ref... read more
