If I could give no stars I would!!! Extremely disappointed and regret doing business them. Mireya is absolutely terrible very unprofessional! And even worse they tried sending money with my card to Mexico!!! I had to go to the bank so they could figure it all out for me! I am very disappointed with my recent experience at B&F Finance. An employee, Mireya Barrera, was extremely disheartening and belittling toward my sister Sonia Ramirez due to her financial situation. I was assisting her in getting on a better financial path for the future and had the chance to listen in on a conversation that was very discouraging. I will be paying this loan off very soon, The manager should not be in her position. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I will not return after payoff. and will not refer anyone to this company because of her.
