Best shop ever. Anytime I have an issue with my car I go here. They don’t upsell or try to take advantage because I’m a female. They’re extremely knowledgeable and genuine. I give this shop 100/10 and recommend for anyone needing car service but to the ladies needing work done this is a great place that cares about you as a customer and won’t try to get over on us.
Frank, the owner, is a guy who is despotic, badly treated. I would never recommend this workshop.
Took my 92 Chevy caprice (with a music system in the back) to B & F they had my car for over 6 months! After I paid Frankie in full once my car was done he then told me that he moved my car 45 minutes away to his other shop! Come to find out after doing my research the address he provided to me was his house! I questioned why was my car moved from one shop to another when my service was being done at the east orange location he couldn't answer that.
