I've tried many diets but this one is awesome! The staff here are all so nice and encouraging, they get excited when you lose too.. So far good results and i look forward to going back each week.

this place is for real i have try alot of weight programs in my life. but this the best results i have ever gotton.i have lose 35 pounds in 35 1/2 ponds and still going.the staff is one of the best,they give alot of support.
