The workers were professional, showed attention to detail, and were knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Interestingly, it's the owner that needs to work on better communication. I never heard back from him after he emailed me the work order and I emailed it back. After waiting a couple of weeks I called him to confirm the receipt and ask when my appointment was. Poor customer service. After not showing up twice at either suggested time today, my 87-yr old Mom called and asked if she should still expect them. Their rep was extremely rude and threatening and said “If we said they will be there, they will be there!” Which of course, they weren’t. She asked to cancel based on their no show and his rude demeanor and he told her she would owe the $400 anyway. She couldn’t believe how nasty he was with her.

Excellent work! I've had them sealcoat my driveway two or three times now over the last several years and I am completely satisfied by their work. Early this week they sealcoated my driveway and it rained later in the day and the sealcoat washed out a little bit in the shaded area. After I contacted them they came back out later in the week and rectified the situation at no cost. Just last night I recommended them to friends that are seeking a couple quotes right now for their driveway sealcoating.

Just had my driveway sealed by B. Engel Asphalt. All 7450 square feet. They did a great job. Blew off the driveway, edged and filled in the cracks seamlessly. I highly recommend them.
