Just coated two of my neighbors driveways as well as my own. I had some concerns with the drying due to the shade on my driveway and the non stop rain. They came right back out and put my mind at ease. My driveway looks great. More importantly with the cracks filled it will last longer. If communication is importance to you these are the people to use.

The workers were professional, showed attention to detail, and were knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Interestingly, it's the owner that needs to work on better communication. I never heard back from him after he emailed me the work order and I emailed it back. After waiting a couple of weeks I called him to confirm the receipt and ask when my appointment was. He told me it was an oversight and he normally would have called to confirm. I would have given them five stars if not for this. I was charged $450 to seal my... read more

Poor customer service. After not showing up twice at either suggested time today, my 87-yr old Mom called and asked if she should still expect them. Their rep was extremely rude and threatening and said “If we said they will be there, they will be there!” Which of course, they weren’t. She asked to cancel based on their no show and his rude demeanor and he told her she would owe the $400 anyway. She couldn’t believe how nasty he was with her.
