This review is for Kaylee. She was amazing to deal with and I'm so happy that she was my nutrition coach. She kept me motivated, accountable and when I did have some bad weeks or relapsed to old behaviours, she gently nudged me back on track, without making me feel guilty or bad about my progress. I joined a 12 week program with B Elite and Coach Kaylee. It was the best decision for me. I had a very stressful year and was not taking care of myself. I needed the expertise and accountability to get me back on track. Kaylee was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and supportive and the 12 weeks went by so fast. Ken and the Belite team have been nothing short of exceptional for me and for my family. I first started with Ken on my own when I knew some things just werent right with my body.
