Provide better customer service. To tell me to call central station if I have a problem when my alarm didn't alert me when there is a burglary problem is ridiculous. CS tells you to contact your local alarm company. When we were robbed and I called to find out why I wasn't alerted, I was told "I don't know". How about coming in and finding out??
