As we had just moved into our rental property, the rugs needed to be cleaned since the previous tenants had a dog and there were pet stains. Having two dogs of my own, I loved that B‎‎e‎‎‎‎s‎‎‎‎t R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g W‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎c‎‎h‎‎‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎e‎‎‎‎r was 'Eco Friendly' and all the stains came out.

Today, I had the pleasure of using B‎‎e‎‎‎‎s‎‎‎‎t R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g W‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎c‎‎h‎‎‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎e‎‎‎‎r. They are very knowledgeable, know what they are doing, and do a great job. They removed 99.9% of paint, water stains, and other things I don't even know what they were. They are very nice men who keep their word. B‎‎e‎‎‎‎s‎‎‎‎t R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g W‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎c‎‎h‎‎‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎e‎‎‎‎r is highly recommended. They are a great team and do quality work.

Yesterday, B‎‎e‎‎‎‎s‎‎‎‎t R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g W‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎c‎‎h‎‎‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎e‎‎‎‎r went above and beyond for me. Two days before delivery of my new bed, I discovered that the rug in the room where it would go was very dirty. At the end of his workday, the tech from B‎‎e‎‎‎‎s‎‎‎‎t R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g W‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎c‎‎h‎‎‎‎e‎‎s‎‎‎‎t‎‎‎‎e‎‎‎‎r made a special trip for me. He worked until the job was completed and did an excellent rug cleaning job.

The company I chose was the fastest to respond to my quote request and answered all of my questions. I purchased a used designer wool rug that needed to be cleaned. My wool rug was picked up and dropped off in a timely manner, and they made recommendations for its repair and care. In the future, I will definitely use this rug cleaning service again.
