I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my entire life as I was today at B & E Pump co.. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the arrogance emanating from the employee. When I mentioned that I was unsure about the size of a part, he was incredibly demeaning and made me feel belittled for not knowing. His attitude was distasteful, and it was clear that he had no intention of being helpful.
