First time going in to buy my expansion tank was fine. He had fair prices and knew what I needed. Second visit was to buy fittings to install my water softener and I was basically laughed out of the store by the gentleman working there (owner?) and another plumber in there making a purchase. Basically, if you have any questions and are DIY’ing something this isn’t the place to go. He didn’t have the capacity to answer a few simple questions.

Great Experience at B&E Pump! I recently visited B&E Pump and had a fantastic experience. Mark, the owner who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my entire life as I was today at B & E Pump co.. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the arrogance emanating from the employee. When I mentioned that I was unsure about the size of a part, he was incredibly demeaning and made me feel belittled for not knowing. His attitude was distasteful, and it was clear that he had no intention of being helpful.
