Car’s battery light came on Sunday and knew it had to be more than just a normal battery swap. Sure enough it was the alternator. Had it towed there eMonday morning 8/17 around 8am and had my car back up and running before lunch time was over with. Quick service and got the job done without a hitch. Thank you so much for the help on short notice. Will return for future repairs and recommend this shop!
Went on a 12 hour trip to Chicago from North Carolina and we were hauling a U-Haul. We needed our hitch switched out because the one was not appropriate for what we were hauling. So the morning of the trip, heading back to North Carolina we stopped at the nearest u-haul which so happened to be this wonderful location. There were a few guys there very willing to help. I just had to call B&E for a jump. Sitting at my work parking lot in Hinsdale I looked on my phone and saw a bunch of people saying they service the area but they are nowhere near here. Had to dig for someone local and it was worth it. The dispatcher was upfront about how long it will be and the wrecker showed up in the window quoted. Don, the guy who jumped me was friendly, funny, and took the sting out of a day I was not looking to have. Mike "Buttons" was awesome. Friendly, and a complete professional. Professionally flatbedded my green Jeep Grand Cherokee, from my storage unit, to my Jeep dealer.
