Went on a 12 hour trip to Chicago from North Carolina and we were hauling a U-Haul. We needed our hitch switched out because the one was not appropriate for what we were hauling. So the morning of the trip, heading back to North Carolina we stopped at the nearest u-haul which so happened to be this wonderful location. There were a few guys there very willing to help. I just had to call B&E for a jump. Sitting at my work parking lot in Hinsdale I looked on my phone and saw a bunch of people saying they service the area but they are nowhere near here. Had to dig for someone local and it was worth it. The dispatcher was upfront about how long it will be and the wrecker showed up in the window quoted. Don, the guy who jumped me was friendly, funny, and took the sting out of a day I was not looking to have. Great place! Everyone treated me with the upmost respect, delivering some of the quickest & most efficient mechanical work I’ve ever dealt with. Big shout outs to John! I’ll be coming back with my wife’s car when it’s time for routine maintenance. 💪
Great experience, the driver Don came out fast, super professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone. They said 40 minutes and the guy was there in 40 minutes. This was the third company we called for roadside assistance and they were the first to show up.
Very unprofessional! I called them for a tow, they had me waiting for over an hour. I called back several times and no one answered. They left me stranded. What if I was woman? I will not call for them for service again. They are terrible. They do not deserve to your business. I recommend Morales Towing. Unlike these people, Morales Towing is dependable, trustworthy.
