Went on a 12 hour trip to Chicago from North Carolina and we were hauling a U-Haul. We needed our hitch switched out because the one was not appropriate for what we were hauling. So the morning of the trip, heading back to North Carolina we stopped at the nearest u-haul which so happened to be this wonderful location. There were a few guys there very willing to help. Very unprofessional! I called them for a tow, they had me waiting for over an hour. I called back several times and no one answered. They left me stranded. What if I was woman? I will not call for them for service again. They are terrible. They do not deserve to your business. I recommend Morales Towing. Unlike these people, Morales Towing is dependable, trustworthy.
Great experience, the driver Don came out fast, super professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone. They said 40 minutes and the guy was there in 40 minutes. This was the third company we called for roadside assistance and they were the first to show up.
I had a flat tire and they were able to come and fix my tire really quickly. They picked up the phone fast and were there quickly too. B&E were great and very helpful at a stressful time! Would fully recommend!
