These guys are awesome! They have quickly come to repair my issueswithin an hour of calling them! They are very friendly, and take the time to explain the problem and what they have to do to fix it. They always have given us the most budget friendly options to fix something and do not try to sell us services or parts we don't need right at this moment! I live in Bristow and B & E showed up same day to service ac had it back up and running in under an hour. Thanks so much it’s so hot outside.
Called early, got a machine and a call back around 1pm. Very cordial and was told they would be out the next afternoon. I waited till 5pm and then till noon the next day, hoping for a call. I then left another message with my contact information, again, and a reminder, they were coming out the previous day. This was 5 days ago. NOTHING. My friend who recommended B&E is more than embarrassed. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews and waited this long, hoping there might be an explanation.
