FRAUD ALERT!!!!! Accepted my order on the app, charged my card, and they were closed when I got to the store. Probably won't give me a refund either, we'll see. Ironic too because the automated message when you call says the most accurate hours of operation are online, but it also says they're opened here, but alas they are not. Trash location probably running a credit card fraud scheme.

My food was cold the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in the middle of them cause when they deep fried them the cheese blew outside of them there was a man at the front counter with long hair not tied up the cook had no hair net. The employees were also on there cell phones I was very disappointed by this visit!

I gave it a 4 because there was a picture of what I ordered that had celery sticks. I didn't get them. That was what made me pick them for lunch. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Took over 20 mins with no other customers waiting. Associates were literally just standing around with nothing to Do. Manager Maricruz was not concerned about an order issue. Literally huffed and puffed about me asking about an issue that her associate made. Gave me celery and carrots that were brown and soggy. Go to a real BWW. This one ain’t it.
