Great customer service! The explanations for the recommended options were clear and informative. The work was done very professionally! Fast responses and constant communication was a huge difference maker!
Would recommend. We contacted BDry on recommendation from a friend that had their basement worked on. We were pleased with their service. Very thorough with description of what is recommended and other options. Took 3 days for work completion and work was neat. Workers were respectful and careful with work and cleaned area up well after project finished. Have had some heavy rains since completion and basement floor has stayed dry. Their work is lso guaranteed. Again, would recommend.
