I really don't understand, and am exhausted. My husband and I bought a house, and was told it had a B-Dry warranty. That alone was pure hell, to get transferred into our names. The sellers were elderly, and provided everything they could, along with us showing new ownership. They kept insisting they wanted the "original contract paperwork", from an elderly couple.
