I thought they did a great job. **Update: 4/4/2025 With heavy rain this week the waterproofing was really tested for the first time. I had 2 areas worked on. One of them held up, the other did not. Attached are pictures and a video. I have reached out to B-Dry and I will update with how it is handled and fixed.
Yall, 5 years ago when I purchased the dry basement from BDry everyone said I was throwing away money. This week in Louisville everyone has wet basements and flooding. My basement is dry as a bone. Gallons of water pumped out from ground water that would have filled my basement if the trench system wasn't there. It's worth it!!! Go water proof your basement everyone. Best home improvement choice in have made. It's not just water from above ground you have to worry about.
While I have to give them credit for having a warranty on their work, I'm not impressed that their work and follow up never actually fixed the problem. After repairing a leak in my basement wall last year, it has since leaked twice, been reinspected twice, and is leaking around both sides of the repair patch AGAIN.
They did a great job communicating the problems and options available. Once the install process began they ensured a barrier was placed fo control dust and even helped me place additional covers over furniture. Kept me up to speed with how the process was going and how it worked.
