Due to having an old house, there were some substantial issues to be dealt with, and some issues unexpected along the way. Ron and his crew went above and beyond to address our issues, and be sure all was completed safely and effectively, and that we were satisfied with the final project. I highly recommend the work of this group here in Maine.

We had had occasional wet basement, with heavy rains or spring snow melt. In 2021, we began having 1 - 2 inches of water on our basement floor, continually. We had to pump it out through a basement window every other day, for 6 months. These guys came, explained the problem and their system to correct it, scheduled us, and came back to install it. The estimator was very frank about the likelihood of curing my basement floor percolation problem with each option. The first, cheapest, option didn't work, so we decided on a more aggressive approach. On the day that the workmen were supposed to do the aggressive work, the situation changed suddenly, by complete coincidence. The workmen helped diagnose the new problem, and they decided that the aggressive approach to my wet basement floor was no longer needed.
