We engaged this company to install a drain system in our basement. Unfortunately, right from the outset, all of their employees, from the salesperson to the owner, displayed a consistently poor attitude. I reached out to B-dry because my basement flooded in the 12/23. Left a message with someone and I was told that my message will be given to Dan one of the co-owners but no one reached out to me. I called them again 3 days after then 2 days but still no one returned my call.

I was very impressed with B Dry. First, the pricing is fair for the work and they do not overcharge like some other companies. The team was thorough, and very clean for such a project, which we really appreciated. The timeline they give are accurate and the team was diligent. While we have only had the system for a few months now, we have had no water in the basement and there has been a considerable amount of rain this year.
