Mr Grindstaff was unprofessional. For a closing we were all in conference room. Dean was there..walked out..never acknowledged us or shook our hands..or said he appreciates our business and Samantha would take care of the closing. Employee not professionally dressed. Office personnel did not return any calls and only one time was there an actual person answering our call. Office needs cleaning and decorating. Glass entry door and sidelights very dirty.
