An older friend of mine had these guys pick up his mower to simply service it. They replaced a head gasket. When they dropped it off after the service it was blowing smoke excessively. He contacted them and they told him they would come take a look at it. After numerous calls, no showing twice, they ignored his calls and voicemails.
