The short review, owners are slumlords. I recommend looking at other rentals. New owners are just as bad as old owners. Failed to fix issues in a timely manner (never fixed a broken sink despite being informed about the issue numerous times). Tried to charge us for the damage caused by the broken sink they never came to fix. Failed to update rental agreement when one of the renters on the lease moved, and didn't add the new renter that was taking over the old renter's spot (when new owners were processing new rental agreemen... read more
Is there any trailers opened? Thanks danielle how much would the rent be I'm looking for 2beds and 1bath...
To stay there is ok ..but they rent is too high for them trailers...than come around another 15 dollars extra Talking about the roads we pay taxes them roads should get fix regardless..wen the Bobbie and Dottie ol was there they stayed full out there now seems like everything getting empty..drop y’all rent back down!!
