I have been using storage at B & D Properties for almost 2 years now and have had excellent service from the office staff. They have been pretty amazing and compassionate with understanding in difficult situations including being late with my storage payment due to paydays changing and etc, of course with notice. Great location, easy to get to fairly priced storage units, super friendly, helpful and very accommodating office staff. Highly recommend
In 20 years of military service, utilizing a number of different storage facilities in various places of the country, this is hands-down the best place I’ve stored my goods. I love the payment options where I can choose from either in person or mailing my check, and even paying in advance if I know, I’m gonna be busy in the foreseeable future. Welcome to the 1970's. These people don't take online or credit card payments so beware of any "business" that prefers cash! Their sketchy record keeping resulted in one of my payments being "lost" and, without proper notice, they disposed of almost everything we own and refuse to tell us where our property is so that we can retrieve it. We work VERY hard and are now faced with trying to replace most of our worldly possessions, most of which, we handed down through the family. Don't deal with these people!
