B&D Plumbing and Heating Inc is great! My gas hot water heater gave up the ghost on me after 16 yrs of service. I called them needing a new one with installation asap. They were very understanding and able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon for a very reasonable price too. The guys are professional, on time, and very personable . Exceptionally unprofessional and rude. Very 'Good Old Boys' energy. They tried to come 2 hours ahead of our scheduled appointment. Insisted that I make myself available early. When they did arrive, before even giving a proper greeting, Mark makes a smart comment about why I must have been busy. I remind them they were early. Then the Father, Bob, barks at me and walks off. They both treated me with complete lack of respect for my time and humanity.
Not all superheroes wear capes! Barry is a real life superhero! Having no heating or hot water in winter as a young family is horrendous. Barry was there late at night, at the weekend, with determination to get our boiler working again. It was not an easy job. Such a lovely, genuine guy - couldn’t recommend Barry enough!
