I understand its not anyone fault but i have never been so disappointed in a store and their products. I was originally so excited about the bins, but this being the third time that the products i have bought are missing vital parts. I will never put money into this store again. My 13-year-old daughter purchased a pair of earbuds and quickly realized after leaving the store that they were used and missing one piece. She went right back in but was told, “you need to look at things before buying them.” I understand the point, but she is only 13. They asked her to find another pair to exchange, but she couldn’t and had to leave for an appointment — with no headphones and no refund.
