I have tried via phone and text to have Romaldo schedule sealing my driveway. When he actually answered the phone. he told me to text him. It has been months now that I keep texting and have never received back a response. I have to now believe that he is too busy to even put me on a schedule. I have given up and am now forced to find someone else. Even though his work is excellent, his customer communications skills and availability are not there.

be careful using this company.. We had our back patio extended and the sides of our driveway done last march/april. After only 5/6 months it started crumbling and cracking bad. We contacted him and at first he said he would fix it. We waited a few weeks and not a word from him. When we contacted him again he said he WOULD NOT fix it; that's it's normal to crack and crumble after a year. Now we have chunks that are falling out constantly. At this rate it will be completely crumbled after a few years and will have to pay someo... read more
