I have used B and D for many many years. Carol has always been friendly, competent and kind. I have enjoyed all of our interactions. This year Bill did my taxes and forget to include a chunk of my income. I found the mistake which precipitated redoing my taxes and requiring me to drive back down at a later time. The whole thing was an inconvenience and could have triggered an audit. Yet no compensation or discount was offered. I guess I will be finding someone else or I will be doing my taxes next year. They do great work
I have been going here for years, but this year will be my last. They have been extremely unprofessional and rude to me this tax season after making multiple mistakes. They have given me misinformation about my tax return on 2 separate occasions in the last 3 days. When I confronted the secretary about a mistake she made, she was rude and defensive.
