Poor attitude towards clients. Definitely get a quote before you let them into your apartment and get a second quote from any other firm if you don't want to get ripped off. They charged me $500 for setting up my dishwasher. Yes, $500. I asked for a breakdown, first reply: "there is no real breakdown".
