On the way home my wife’s Lexus brakes failed and she was stranded alongside the road with our son. I was in Broward county at the time and I was an hour and half away. Called Dennis and B&D and he was quick to send his son to where my wife was, he was able to drive it to there shop. The next morning Dennis called to tell me what was wrong and he was very fair and was able to have the car done that day. Wanted very much to like them. Owner gives you a level of confidence that you have made the right decision, however, every job was done poorly. As an example, brake pads were changed and shortly after started making squeaking noises and eating into the rotors. Owner kept saying that it was "fine". I insisted that he fix the issue which he categorically refused. 2 months later I have to completely replace both rotors and brake pads costing me thousands of dollars because they refused to use quality parts or admit mistakes.
