While on my way across the country, my pick up truck started having issues. I am beyond grateful that I was able to make it to B & D Automotive Services. Not only were they able to squeeze me in for repairs on a busy day, they were able to do so quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this auto shop for anyone's auto needs. We experienced vehicle issues (engine misfires) on a long road trip. We stopped and were immediately helped by the staff at B&D. They were prompt and professional. They began work on the vehicle and quickly had the issue diagnosed and repaired. The cost was minimal. The entire process from start to finish was less than two hours, which included having to wait for two parts to be delivered from an auto parts store. If you have any vehicle issue I would highly recommend B&D. I would give more than five stars if I was able to!
My wife and I were traveling to our hometown in Iowa from Illinois and out of nowhere the driver side back tire started vibrating and knocking. Knowing we were over an hour from our destination, we looked online and found B & D Automotive in Walcott, IA. We stopped in and got the best service we could ever expect! We were back on our way in less than an hour! Highly recommended!
