⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service I have been using B & D Automotive for the past 15 years, and their service has always been fantastic. They are reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. But Ian really went above and beyond for me last week when my car broke down on the side of the road. Even though it was after hours, he took my call, patiently tried to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone and then went out of his way to help organise getting the car towed back to his workshop. A great Mechanic! It was my first time there, and I got a very quick appointment thanks to the lady. The owner is friendly and gave me good advice regarding my "recall" problem on my Holden. Thanks to the team, and I'll be back in the future if needed. Keep up the good work!
