The textbook definition of a mechanic acting in good faith and looking out for you. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. I've never had a bad experience here. Slips, fixes, and everything else. They always go above and beyond for you.
Great mechanic. Came here for a service of my campervan as I’m travelling through Australia. Mentioned when I brought the van in that we had been having a clutch issue. I had no hopes of them fixing the issue as a ‘gearbox specialist’ in Sydney had not even been able to diagnose the problem. After a quick chat with me about the problem, they diagnosed that it was probably an issue with the master cylinder (even before having seen the van). Amazing service and very reasonably priced! Made space in there extremely busy day to look at and diagnose a noise coming from my steering! Can't remember the name of the guy who looked at it, think he may have been the boss! Thank you!
Good service and didn't have to wait long for a pink slip but parking can be difficult.
Thanks so much to Ian and the team for fixing our air conditioning. After struggling through summer after summer with an intermittent air conditioning that three other mechanics couldn't fix, we took the car to Ian and the team who managed to find the problem and fix it quickly. We really really appreciate it! They always kept us informed, got the car in quick and went out of their way to ensure all was fixed. Thanks so much!
