My family (dad, me, and the kids) have been coming to Carl & his staff at B&D Automotive for about 9 years with all our vehicles. Carl doesn't waste your time, and the crew knows their stuff. My dad was a meticulous mechanic and B&D has his seal of approval.

Very disappointing experience with B&D Automotive. I had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived at 3:03 PM. I was then told that I was “late” and that they had already given my appointment to someone else. This was my first time coming here. My GPS ETA showed that I would arrive on time, and I may have spent a couple of minutes finding the location or parking. We are talking about THREE minutes. Called to get an appointment, got a spot for my vehicle, checked in ( asking if timing was right before hand ) and I was told yes, it should be a couple of hrs. An other vehicle comes in and I know he got an appointment as well but his was after mine, so I asked and guy behind the counter said it should only take a short time giving this other vehicle priority over mine with app earlier!! There's no ethics on his thinking, then he got all grouchy about me taking my business somewhere else! Not cool Mr D&B automotive center.
