Carl at B&D is a great guy. He was recommended by America's Tires for an alignment after I got tires from them. I was also due for struts and he let me know and turned it around the the same day. I think I just found my new mechanic.
Great experience with Carl and the team repairing a leaking cooling system on my 2012 VW Tiguan. Repair was quick, and now (4 months / 5,000miles) later, everything is still working super smooth. Repair was expensive but was similar / slightly lower than what other shops in the area quoted me so seems fair.
My husband had an appointment for 3 o’clock for my Chevy avalanche. He brought it in. The guy told him that it’ll be a three hour wait rude Rude as can be white man at the desk annoying said my appointment wasn’t for three hours. He was out of his mind nuts never go there again referred by American Tire Company garbage garbage garbage place never take it to a better auto mechanic than that garbage place.
Good job. No up sale.
