I called B&D on a Friday before a holiday and was in a pinch to get my car looked at due to travel. Owner - Dave - went out of his way and returned my call within 10 minutes (even though the shop was technically closed!). I described my problem and he told me to bring it in first-thing the next day they were open. He called me within 2 hours to let me know what the problem was (needed a new wheel bearing) and said they would have it set and done by 1 PM.
