I first came across B Cubed at the farmers market downtown, and we loved their bread so much that I went to their brick and mortar to see their full menu. We were NOT disappointed! Great pastries, the same awesome loaves of bread, AND they cut them for you. I've been told there's pizza on Friday + Saturday, I'm going to come back to try it out asap. BCubed is an amazing local success story.
Edit 8/22/26: They are rarely out of anything anymore! I’m a super regular (I guess I have been for a while now, lol) and I often walk over here if not for a sourdough loaf, for a vegan cherry almond cookie. I’m not usually a big fan of sweets, but that cookie is incredible. Every baked good I’ve had here continues to blow me away. I just had their elote danish...absolutely wonderful!
This place is bomb diggity. I didn’t end up getting the thing I came in for (show up early if there is something in particular you want!) but everything we did end up getting was just stellar. The prices are more than fair too, and the staff was so friendly. This place is a new staple for me!
Great location and lovely people. The always have fresh bread and Great sweets. They recently have started pizza on Saturday and its wonderful. They also participate in the community by being present at the farmers market. The milk bread is to die for ! They are always listing for feedback and they have something new continously. I highly recommend making this place a priority to visit.
