If I could it would be a negative! Cook's Plumbing and Heating 0 Stars Quality Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning 5 stars My girlfriend and her dad gave Cook's business for over 30 years. Two weeks ago her AC quit working. The guy came out found it was out of freon. He filled it up and checked the temperature was going down and told me to have friend (she was working) call back in October to find the leak. In less than 15 hours the heat kept climbing. Very disappointed… had service scheduled for 930, however because I did not answer my phone at 900 tech decided to not show up as scheduled. Will not depend on or use this company again.

Our well pump died. Very knowledgeable technicians came out. Diagnosed why the pump died. Repaired that and replaced the faulty pump. Best water pressure we've had. In my opinion their rates are fair. I had also stopped in at their office and found the office staff knowledgeable and friendly. The office cat is also friendly.

My dad called and set an appointment for Tomorrow 4/29 to have a natural gas heater installed at his home. They called today and now said they won't be able to do it for another week or so. That is not professional at all. These next few nights are going to be down in the 30s and he has no other heat source in the house. Not a good way to treat our older generation. I wouldn't recommend there service to anyone when you can't keep appointments and keep pushing back the date a service is supposed to be done.
