I had severe frozen pipes today and Jacob came out. Christina helped out so much. Jacob came out and it took a while, but he got him unfrozen for me and I appreciate what he did. I will always have great things to say about this company.

Was told one price then was charge more. Left glue all over my kitchen and hallway. And they didn't give a itemized bill. Was not happy. We found out it was plumber putty . And we ask it that was price included installation and was told yes it was. I would never have agreed to pay that much for a water heater knowing that same water heater I could of had gotten alot cheaper .
