My dad called and set an appointment for Tomorrow 4/29 to have a natural gas heater installed at his home. They called today and now said they won't be able to do it for another week or so. That is not professional at all. These next few nights are going to be down in the 30s and he has no other heat source in the house. Not a good way to treat our older generation. I wouldn't recommend there service to anyone when you can't keep appointments and keep pushing back the date a service is supposed to be done.
Called Cook & Son and the next day they were here to install our new water heater. Jake did a great job. He was a very nice young man and knew what he was doing. We would highly recommend Cook & Son for any plumbing and heating issues.
Quick and efficient! They have been to my house twice. Once to repair a toilet leak and once to repair a shower leak. Both times the guys were polite, friendly and fast! Haven't had any issues since, and I highly recommend them!
