Very disappointed… had service scheduled for 930, however because I did not answer my phone at 900 tech decided to not show up as scheduled. Will not depend on or use this company again.

Our well pump died. Very knowledgeable technicians came out. Diagnosed why the pump died. Repaired that and replaced the faulty pump. Best water pressure we've had. In my opinion their rates are fair. I had also stopped in at their office and found the office staff knowledgeable and friendly. The office cat is also friendly.

My dad called and set an appointment for Tomorrow 4/29 to have a natural gas heater installed at his home. They called today and now said they won't be able to do it for another week or so. That is not professional at all. These next few nights are going to be down in the 30s and he has no other heat source in the house. Not a good way to treat our older generation. I wouldn't recommend there service to anyone when you can't keep appointments and keep pushing back the date a service is supposed to be done.

Called Cook & Son and the next day they were here to install our new water heater. Jake did a great job. He was a very nice young man and knew what he was doing. We would highly recommend Cook & Son for any plumbing and heating issues.
