I called to see about renting a pressure washer and could tell immediately I was "bothering" whoever answers the phones there. I asked for the price of a one day rental and was told they might have a couple units left to rent, but I would have to come in to see. I asked if they could check before I drove up there and was told no! I'll be taking my business elsewhere hahaha
I went here to rent a generator. When I got there I was told I should have brought someone with me to load it. The lady was not friendly and said that she didn't know if anyone was coming in that day to help lift it. Why do you sell a product and don't have the man power to help load it?
